Payment and ordering

Cancel order

Orders can not be changed once they are placed. Contact customer service here if you wish to cancel an order that has not been dispatched yet. If you choose to cancel an order by refusing the parcel upon delivery, the item will be returned to the NN.07 warehouse. Please note that customers outside the United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, France and Netherlands are responsible for return costs.

Prices and VAT

For customers outside EU, USA, United Kingdom, and Norway please be aware that your country of residence may apply local charges (import duties, customs and taxes) to your order.

Any such expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer. Since these charges are not calculated or applied to orders by NN.07, please contact your local customs office for further information if you are unsure of the charges.

Track your order

When your package has been dispatched an additional email will be sent with tracking details. Furthermore, you can track your order via the link in the Customer Service pages here.

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your package to return the products to us. NN.07 reserves the right to deduct the price (35 EUR per label) from the total refund when using the provided return label from our return portal.


It's not possible to exchange an item. If you need a different size or another product, you can instead place a new order in our webshop.


How to return:

1. Register return items in our return portal here. You will receive your return label via the portal.

2. We encourage reusing the box or bag your order was delivered in.

3. Drop off your package at a DHL parcel shop. Find the nearest one here: https://mydhl.express.dhl/index/en.html


Refund:

- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

- It typically takes between 5-7 working days for the amount to show up in your account.


Please note that in some cases it may take longer depending on the payment service used and its processing time.

During sale periods, refunds may take up to 10 working days.


Unclaimed and rejected packages:


If you do not pick up your package or refuse to accept it, an automatic refund will be issued for your purchase, excluding any shipping costs.


NOTE: If you choose not to use our shipping label, keep the shipping confirmation and tracking number. The customer is responsible until the return reaches our warehouse. If you use a different courier, NN.07 will not be held responsible for any lost packages and will not be able to obtain any information or updates regarding the shipment.


If you are a resident outside of the EU you might need our VAT number for the return. You will find that below as well.
