Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Make sure to choose the right location site in the bottom of the page to show the correct prices, shipping cost and delivery times. If you are a resident of the United Kingdom, United States and Norway, we deliver everything DDP (Delivery duty paid). All relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final price. For customers outside EU, USA, United Kingdom, and Norway please be aware that your country of residence may apply local charges (import duties, customs and taxes) to your order.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. A refund usually takes between 5-10 business days to show up on your account due to different processing times between payment providers. Returns from United Kingdom and United States can have a handling time of 15-20 business days due to customs. You will receive an Email once the return process is completed and we have refunded you.
