We offer free returns in the USA. You have 30 days from receiving your package to return the products to us.

It's not possible to exchange an item. If you need a different size or another product, you can instead place a new order in our webshop.

How to return:

1. Register return items in our return portal here. Use the order number from the order confirmation via email. You will receive your return label via the portal.

2. We encourage reusing the box or bag your order was delivered in.

3. Drop off your package at a DHL parcel shop. Find the nearest one here: https://mydhl.express.dhl/index/en.html

Refund:

- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

- It typically takes between 5-7 working days for the amount to show up in your account.

Please note that in some cases it may take longer depending on the payment service used and its processing time.

During sale periods, refunds may take up to 10 working days.

Unclaimed and rejected packages:

If you do not pick up your package or refuse to accept it, an automatic refund will be issued for your purchase, excluding any shipping costs.

NOTE: NN.07 only offers payment for one return label per order. For any additional labels generated, NN.07 reserves the right to deduct the price (30 USD per label) from the total refund.
