We offer free returns in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, France and the Netherlands. 

You have 30 days from receiving your package to return the products to us. For countries without free returns, NN.07 reserves the right to deduct the price (20 EUR per label, and for Norwegian customers, 170 NOK) from the total refund when using the provided return label from our return portal.

It's not possible to exchange an item. If you need a different size or another product, you can instead place a new order in our webshop.

How to return:

1. Register return items in our return portal here. Use the order number from the order confirmation via email. You will receive your return label via the portal.

2. We encourage reusing the box or bag your order was delivered in.

3. Drop off your package at your local parcel shop.

Refund:

- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

- It typically takes between 5-7 working days for the amount to show up in your account.

Please note that in some cases it may take longer depending on the payment service used and its processing time.

During sale periods, refunds may take up to 10 working days.

Unclaimed and rejected packages:

If you do not pick up your package or refuse to accept it, an automatic refund will be issued for your purchase, excluding any shipping costs.

NOTE: If you choose not to use our shipping label, keep the shipping confirmation and tracking number. The customer is responsible until the return reaches our warehouse. If you use a different courier, NN.07 will not be held responsible for any lost packages and will not be able to obtain any information or updates regarding the shipment.
